“Dal solco al sole” è un progetto totalmente dedicato alle tematiche ambientali e del consumo sostenibile, realizzato con il Programma Generale di Intervento “Informaconsumatori Liguria”, approvato dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico.
La prima edizione nasce nel 2015 dalla collaborazione delle associazioni liguri dei consumatori con l’Istituto Agrario “Bernardo Marsano”, una vera e propria ‘scuola pratica di agricoltura’ presente sul territorio ligure, dotata della prima centrale solare ‘a Torre’ del mondo e fiore all’occhiello del progetto stesso in quanto simbolo di integrazione tra agricoltura innovativa sostenibile ed energie rinnovabili.
Obiettivi e temi del progetto
The main objective of the project and of this new edition, which develops in the school years 2019/2020 and 2020/2021, is to deepen the environmental issues to make citizens increasingly aware and protected, but also to spread and promote new behavioral models on healthy eating habits among the population, with greater attention to young people, especially students.
The prerequisite, in fact, is to starting processes aimed at raising awareness among young people on the issues of renewable energy, of’circular economy, sustainable development but also organic production at Km 0, education and food safety and sustainable consumption.
Nel dettaglio:
- fornire nozioni di base e consigli utili ma non banali per mettere in pratica i principi di risparmio energetico, di riduzione dell’inquinamento anche attraverso l’uso di energie rinnovabili e una produzione agricola sostenibile e libera da pesticidi e OGM;
- approfondire il tema dell’inquinamento ambientale (dei rifiuti plastici, in particolare) per accrescere la sensibilità ecologica della comunità;
- informare ed educare in materia di alimentazione, promuovendo non solo adeguate abitudini alimentari ma anche illustrando ed informando sui singoli componenti dei cibi e sulla lettura delle etichette alimentari.
All this through the creation of a stimulating training center and the organization of a series of initiatives involving Ligurian municipalities, associations and educational institutions and chambers of commerce: such as the plastic eater machine installed at the Old Port of Genoa but soon in every town hall of the city, the Food questionnaire, an initiative to study and understand the eating habits of younger citizens and beyond, the laboratories of the Science Festival organized at the Marsano Institute, the events at 2018 guidelines and Guidelines 2019 and the competition between Ligurian high schools on the circular economy through the production of video clips.
